Andrew Nosal, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at AZ Cardiology, serving patients at the practice’s locations in Prescott and Prescott Valley, Arizona. With five years of experience in cardiology, emergency medicine, and urgent care, and a decade as a paramedic, Andrew brings a well-rounded clinical background and a calm, thoughtful approach to cardiovascular care.
Andrew is passionate about helping patients better understand their heart health and feel confident in the decisions they make about their care. He takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns, explain their condition and treatment options clearly, and identify practical steps to support their long-term health. His approach combines evidence-based medical treatments with preventive care and sustainable lifestyle changes tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals.
Above all, Andrew wants his patients to feel like active participants in their care. He considers not only a patient’s cardiovascular condition but also how their symptoms and treatment affect everyday life, independence, and overall well-being. By building collaborative relationships with his patients, he aims to make managing heart health feel more understandable and achievable.
Originally from Massachusetts, Andrew moved to Arizona for the warm climate and outdoor lifestyle. His undergraduate studies in music, education, and psychology have helped shape his approachable communication style and ability to connect with people from different backgrounds. When he isn’t caring for patients, Andrew enjoys hiking, learning to ride a horse, cooking homemade meals, and exploring all that Arizona has to offer.
